I’m Ivan Golubić - a Business and Product Architect, with a CTO background. I help companies build the right product and lead teams to turn ideas into operational systems that work in the real world.

I design and deliver integrated systems that connect software, hardware, and operations, aligning business goals with real-world engineering. My work spans SaaS, defense, energy, mobility, and industrial automation, with projects delivered across Europe and the Middle East, including mission-critical programs in Abu Dhabi.

From discovery to MVP and global rollouts, I’ve led cross-functional teams of 15+ across international markets, including high-impact deployments in Abu Dhabi.

Early in my career, I deliberately chose to work as a hands-on developer, not because I had to, but because I wanted to understand how systems behave from the inside. By embedding myself at the code and machine level, I learned how real-world processes break, scale, and evolve. That bottom-up view lets me design products and systems that work, not just in theory but also in production.
