I’m Ivan Golubić - a CTO, Product Owner, and Solution Architect. I bring a rare blend of technical depth and strategic thinking, specializing in scalable, cloud-native, automation-driven, and AI-integrated systems for defense and industrial innovation. My work translates complex business needs into secure, future-proof digital solutions.

From discovery to MVP and global rollouts, I’ve led cross-functional teams of 15+ across international markets, including high-impact deployments in Abu Dhabi.

Early in my career, I deliberately chose to work as a hands-on developer, not because I had to, but because I wanted to understand how systems behave from the inside. By embedding myself at the code level, I learned how real-world processes break, scale, and evolve. That bottom-up view lets me design products and systems that work, not just in theory but also in production.
