We learned a lot from the Grunner MA1. We optimized the app. We refined the platform. And then we built Grunner X, a real market breaker. A connected electric bike that didn’t just work… it made people smile.
When we launched Grunner X, we didn’t just build a better product. We built a better experience. And people noticed. We were back in the newspapers, back on TV, and this time we owned the spotlight. We introduced something called Grunner Happy Faces, a gallery of photos of real users, riding our bikes, smiling. It was simple. But it said everything. Because happiness was the emotion this bike created. And that was the product too.
Grunner X wasn’t just about speed or specs. It was about emotion through technology. It was a showcase of everything we had been working toward - connectivity, optimization, real-time data, embedded systems, all wrapped into one product people wanted to ride.
It also laid the early foundations for the interconnected IoT systems we would later build. This was no longer a garage project. This was real, scalable tech. We showcased Grunner X multiple times in Germany, and the response was huge. What we didn’t know at the time was that this bike would open new doors, especially in the Middle East.
But you’ll have to wait for the next few stories to hear how that unfolded. Grunner X changed our path. And for me, it changed everything!
