Becoming The Mr. CTO - E17: (Creative) Chaos

We got the call. Another project in the Middle East. This time, it was big - two bikes, built from scratch. Fully connected, with brand new designs. The plan looked amazing. The deadline? A little less so.

We had one and a half months. To produce two fully functional high-tech bikes. From zero. It wasn’t just ambitious. It was nearly impossible. I knew we wouldn’t make it on time if we stuck to the original plan. I had to make a hard decision.

So I picked up the phone and called our contact in the UAE. I proposed a different solution. We had two special frames already finished, including a full body kit, raw, without paint. We had the electronics. We had our connectivity modules. What if we adapted those and presented them as a special ops version? He agreed. And I felt relief for the first time in weeks.

We started right away. Sourcing parts. Designing circuits. Coding new features from scratch. Testing over and over. It was chaos. The creative kind. My friends and colleagues stepped in like a real team. Nobody slept. Nobody complained. They just built. And I will be grateful for that energy for the rest of my life.

This photo shows one of those final nights. Cables on the floor. Components everywhere. Tools open, scripts running, people fully focused. That was the week before delivery. The destination this time was Abu Dhabi. I had expectations. Big ones. But even I didn’t know how much this would change my life.
